Have you ever wanted to dive into the world of crystals and not known where to start? Then look no further! Take this introductory, relaxed workshop and you'll be dipping your toes into the magical world of natural healing. We’ll be covering the basics about crystals and their benefits, and you will get to meet and handle a range of crystals, as well as learn how to use them in a variety of ways. You will have the opportunity to interact with a wide range of crystals, including pendulums as well as practice a number of ways to use them. This is a workshop designed for beginners, so no prior knowledge (or crystal collection!) is required. In this Introduction to Crystals workshop we will explore: * Learn about crystals and where they come from * The different properties and benefits of their different types and shapes * How to look after different types of crystals * Understand their properties and benefits * The many ways in which crystals can support our own health and wellbeing
