Awakening Presence: A Two-Day Mindfulness & Meditation Retreat with Christopher Titmuss. Saturday July 19th - Sunday July 20th 2025. 9.30-4.30. £129 for the two days. Step into a space of stillness and insight with Christopher Titmuss, the UK's senior mindfulness teacher and former Buddhist monk. Christopher has written 23 books and has over five decades of experience in mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual inquiry. Christopher will share his wisdom and practical guidance to help deepen your practice and bring greater clarity, peace, and freedom into daily life. This two-day retreat offers an opportunity to step back from the distractions of everyday life and cultivate awareness in a supportive and contemplative environment. The retreat will include: - Guided meditations in the four postures: sitting, walking, standing, and lying down - Talks offering deep insights into mindfulness, meditation, and inner well-being - Group sharing and reflections to support understanding and integration - Practical guidance for bringing mindfulness into daily life With a balance of talks, practice, and shared exploration, this retreat welcomes both new and experienced practitioners to reconnect with presence and insight.
