PRIVATE FLOATING SOUND BATH

Service Description

90 minute session for 1,2,3 or 4 people. Location is in a lovely quiet residential area in the beautiful green area of Barnet in North London. Exact location will be provided upon booking. You can choose to do this session on our inflatable floats/lilos or submerge yourself in the water with our neck and back supports to keep you afloat during the session. (Or a mixture of the two). This pool is an indoor pool and is therefore available all year round. The swimming pool is a small private indoor pool which will be exclusively yours during the session. There are changing rooms on site which you are welcome to use if you decide to be in the pool during the sound bath session. Imagine drifting weightlessly on the surface of a calm pool, while enveloped in the soothing melodies of carefully selected sound healing instruments. Let the gentle sway of the water and the harmonious vibrations of sound guide you on a journey of deep relaxation and inner harmony. The Experience: As you float effortlessly on the water's surface, you are surrounded by a serene oasis beautiful sound healing. The gentle lapping of water against your lilo creates a rhythm that syncs with the soothing sounds emanating from the surrounding instruments. Floating in the water directly enhances your experience of the sensation of weightlessness and tranquillity. Our facilitator begins to play a variety of instruments, each chosen for its ability to resonate deeply with your being. As you close your eyes and surrender to the experience, you feel tensions melting away, replaced by a profound sense of peace and relaxation. With each breath, you sink deeper into a state of meditation, allowing the gentle movements of the water to carry you into a state of blissful serenity.
