Our range of daily classes allow students to start or enhance their wellbeing journey. Whether you are a complete beginner or an avid practitioner, 2 years old or 92, we are here to support. With classes in mindfulness, yoga, meditation, martial arts and so much more, our classes enable you to reconnect and rejuvenate your mind and body. The centre offers classes from 7am until 9pm so we are sure to have something that fits in with your schedule.
TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMS
We firmly believe that the more high quality holistic teachers there are in the world, the more people can be supported in wellness and healing. We offer affordable Teacher Training Programs that are uniquely designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to practice in a profession of your choice. So if you are thinking of a career change or simply want to add to your list of qualifications, we are here to support.
Our Workshops are a fantastic way to help you on the path to improved physical wellness and emotional wellbeing. We offer a variety of workshops that range from half a day to full day in length. WELLBEING RETREAT DAYS
We welcome you to book a wellbeing day with us at The Wise Lotus. You can book into one of our scheduled retreat days or we can customise your day to suit your group or business. Half and full days available. Choose from a wide range of treatments including meditation, mindfulness aromatherapy massage, reiki, positive affirmation session, mindful art, yoga and so much more. Perfect as a rejuvenation and relaxation day with friends or colleagues.
WELLBEING IN THE WORKPLACE
Our Wellbeing in the Workplace courses have been specifically designed for working individuals, businesses and organisations. The course provides participants with a toolbox of mindfulness and wellbeing tips and practices to reduce work place stress, anxiety and burnout. Individuals can attend our open courses or a businesses can book a private, tailored workshop for their staff. Contact us and we will happily go through course options.
WELLBEING IN NATURE
Join us during the summer months for our wellbeing in nature sessions in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. Whether it be yoga in a field, walking meditation through woods or a nature trail for children, we are sure to have something to support you to reconnect with nature and reap the rewards of the outside world. Bookings available April to October.
Launching in summer 2022, The Wise Lotus Centre will be offering residential retreats for families in an idyllic, north Hertfordshire location. Children and their parents/carers can attend daily sessions to reconnect with themselves, animals and nature. Different forms of accommodation available from camping to yurts to log cabins. More details to come!
The Wise Lotus Centre is available for room hire at very affordable rates. We wish to support as many practitioners as we can to grow their small businesses. You are welcome to hire the space on an hourly, half day or full day basis with prices starting from £8 per hour. Regular slots available. Click on the room hire tab for more information.
