Why not come and relax for a mothers day reiki and sound healing meditation session at The Wise Lotus Centre for this Mothers Day? March 10th at 6.30-8.30pm. A perfect gift this mothers day for a mother, grandmother, step mother or mother figure in your life. Investment £25.00 Sound healing is a popular practice as the unique vibrations can shift energy, clear blockages, and restore the mind, body, and spirit to a balanced state. The sounds can also slow the heart and respiratory rate, which creates a therapeutic and restorative effect. Sessions have also been known to reduce pain, anxiety, and tension. Combined with reiki and meditation, this beautiful session will leave any busy mum feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. Please note that the session may not be suitable for those suffering from epilepsy or who are pregnant. Please message us for more information. No need to bring anything, we have it covered. Just comfy clothes. You are welcome to bring your own blanket although we do have plenty available as well. Limited spaces available.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day and longer workshops and courses have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
