Service Description

Family meditation is a lovely way to connect with your loved ones in a nurturing, calming and supportive environment. The session is suitable for up to four family members, with a minimum of one child and one adult. The sessions can be held at The Wise Lotus Centre in Letchworth or our treatment room in Hitchin. These sessions are a great way to introduce your children to meditation, establish a practice routine, and develop increased empathy and gratitude amongst family members. In turn, families reduce the level of conflict and enhance deep emotional connections. The session can be tailored to your individual family needs. We will offer you a chat on the phone before the session takes place to find out a bit more about your family and how meditation can support you to connect. Each session consists of a minimum of three guided meditations. Sessions are delivered in an engaging way that is suited to the age and experience of the family members. We can include sensory aids such as crystals, aromatherapy scents, gongs, music, visual aids. Sessions are suitable and supportive for SEND children. We will support you to implement a regular practice into your family home. Family life is rarely free from challenges.
