Service Description

Harriette’s one-to-one breathwork sessions help you dig deep into your breathing patterns and get a better understanding of how they affect you emotionally and physically. After an initial 20-minute conversation and assessment Harriette will guide you through a breathing practice to support you on a day-to-day basis with stress, energy and/ or concentration. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day and longer workshops and courses have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
