Would you like to support your emotional well-being and learn how to manage work related stress? Are you struggling to manage the home/work life balance? Would you like to create a toolbox of skills to support you through your working day? Whether you work in a busy office environment, in the public sector, or are self employed, we can support you to manage wellness at work and bring calm and clarity to your day.. Our sessions support you to create an internal and external environment at work that doesn't impact negatively on your wellbeing. One to one sessions can include the following as an example: • What is mindfulness and how can it support me at work? • Mindfulness, the body and stress reduction • Mindful communication in the workplace • Recognising early signs of stress through mindfulness • How to deal with difficult situations and emotions- Responding not reacting. • Mindfulness of repetitive thinking and negative thoughts at work • How to avoid burnout, demotivation and anxiety • Addressing empathy, kindness and compassion in the workplace • Mindful reflection at work • Home/work life balance • Self-care • How to turn your workplace into a mindful environment We achieve this through specific mindfulness practices to support the challenges you may be facing, reflective discussions, advice and exploring new ways of working. The sessions can take place at The Wise Lotus Centre in Letchworth, The Wise Lotus Treatment Room in Hitchin or online on zoom.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day and longer workshops and courses have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
