Vibroacoustic Bed Experience – 60 Minutes. Group session. Choose your own frequency and music. (Everyone can choose a different experience in the group sessions) Wednesdays 10.30am Fridays 4.30pm Sundays 9.30am Our Vibroacoustic Bed sessions offer a deeply immersive sound and vibration experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. Each bed is embedded with transducers that translate sound frequencies into gentle, resonant vibrations. As carefully curated soundscapes move through the body, you don’t just hear the sound -you feel it. The vibrations travel through muscles, tissues and the nervous system, encouraging release, grounding and a sense of deep rest. Sessions begin with a short guided meditation to help you arrive, settle and connect with the body. You are then invited to lie comfortably on the vibroacoustic bed, where sound and vibration work together to create a profoundly soothing, full-body experience. This is a non-invasive, fully clothed session that many people describe as meditative, calming and restorative. It can be particularly supportive for those seeking to unwind from stress, quiet mental chatter, reconnect with the body, or simply experience a different way of resting. All sessions are 60 minutes in total and are offered in small groups of up to 6 participants, allowing for a calm, spacious and attentive environment. No prior experience is needed - just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
