Service Description
This session is available as part of the online membership for just £12.99 per month for unlimited online sessions. Or simply pay as you go for £8.00 per class. We offer 4 online guided mediation sessions per week. Monday 7.00am and 9pm Friday 7.00am Sunday 9.30pm Short talk followed by a guided meditation. Sessions will be run by Nshorna Davis or Christopher Titmuss

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day, and longer workshops and courses, have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this. A change of date or voucher may be offered in exceptional circumstances within the 7 day period.
