Mondays 7.30pm-8.30pm for 8 weeks starting Feb 19th 2024 Are you ready to start your journey? Meditation is something all of us can do. It can bring real benefits to our daily life. The benefits apply to our physical and emotional self. People often don't know where to start. There is so much information on the net, it can get very confusing. This 8 week nurturing and supportive class starts from the beginning. It gives you an understanding of mindfulness and meditation practice and how you can use it to support your daily life. The course will allow you to try a range of different meditation practices, work out what works for you and support you on your journey. The course will teach you how to use meditation and mindfulness to support life challenges such as sleep issues, anxiety, low mood, pain, ill health and focus. The course will support you to bring calm and clarity into your life and will give you the confidence to attend any of our sessions and more importantly, practice on your own for lifelong benefits. This course is run by Nshorna, who is the Founder of The Wise Lotus Centre. Option to pay in instalments. Concessionary rates available.

Cancelation for half day, full day and longer workshops and courses have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
