LumiHeal Light & Sound Meditation with Reiki Experience – 2 Hour Session Enter a deeply restorative, mind-expanding journey with LumiHeal – a 2-hour immersive meditation experience combining advanced RX1 light technology, powerful audio sessions, live sound healing, and the healing energy of Reiki with Reiki drumming. This unique session guides you into altered states of consciousness using rhythmic pulses of white light and sound delivered through high-quality headphones, while Reiki energy work and live instruments support deeper healing and integration. With almost 200 light programmes available, each session is tailored to your intention – whether it’s rest, emotional release, insight, clarity, or deep energetic reset. The stroboscopic light entrains the brain into specific brainwave states such as delta (deep rest), theta (creativity and healing), alpha (relaxed alertness), and gamma (expanded awareness). This may lead to visionary geometric imagery, altered perception of time, or profound meditative states — naturally, without substances.
