Family Sound Bath

Service Description

Family Sound Healing Session – 1 Hour Monthly Session. Our Family Sound Healing Session is a gentle, nourishing experience for parents, carers and grandparents with their children to rest and relax together through the immersive power of sound. This 1-hour session invites everyone to lie down comfortably and be guided through a short visualisation meditation, followed by a deeply calming sound bath using singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. The sounds and vibrations support relaxation, nervous system regulation and a sense of collective stillness. The session is held as a shared experience, allowing both adults and children to simply receive, rest and listen together. There is no pressure to do anything other than be present. The session will close with a simple guided family reflection or activity, centred around themes such as kindness, compassion or gratitude. This offers families a gentle way to connect, share and strengthen their bond, bringing the experience into everyday life.
