These workshops offer space to reconnect with your body, move from stress towards emotional stability, and become more conscious of how you respond to life. About the Sessions Drawing on The Energy Codes® by Dr Sue Morter, these sessions combine mind-body teachings with guided breathwork. You will learn to recognise stress patterns, regulate your nervous system, and become a conscious steward of your energetic biofield - allowing healing to arise as a natural by-product.
