Service Description

This retreat day offers the following: Sound Healing meditation with Tibetan and crystal chakra bowls A 60 minute full body massage each Aromatherapy steam and ice bath experience with guided breathwork meditation. Robes and slippers provided. Relaxation time on our loungers with healthy snacks, smoothies and herbal tea Mindfulness and Wellbeing Workshop on a topic of your choice (Examples: Addressing stress, mindful communication, gratitude, life purpose) We want to support you to take some time out to rest, reconnect, restore and replenish, with our deluxe day retreat at The Wise Lotus Centre. This is a 4 hour retreat at a time of your choice. Day and evening availability. You will indulge in a full 4 hours of wellness and holistic health support. Give yourself the opportunity to provide your body and soul with much needed nourishment. There is no need to bring anything. We advise you to wear comfortable clothing and also bring swimwear for the ice bath.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day, and longer workshops and courses, have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this. A change of date or voucher may be offered in exceptional circumstances within the 7 day period.
