COUPLES MINDFUL COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP

Service Description

A 1.5 hour private workshop for you and your partner. Sessions can be held at The Wise Lotus Centre in Letchworth or at The Wise Lotus Treatment Room in Hitchin. This couples communication workshop supports you to deepen your connection as a couple through mindful communication. To integrate self awareness into communication we explore three areas of mindfulness. Presence, Intention and Attention. As part of the session, you and your partner will engage in a range of mindfulness practices together to deepen self awareness, bring an awareness to trigger points, develop grater empathy for each others needs, and cultivate a deeper and more intimate relationship through the power of mindful communication. Giving your fullest attention to the other person in your partnership embodies mindfulness. Paying attention to the other person, staying present to their needs, without judgment is one of the greatest gifts you can ever give your partner. The sessions are flexible and tailored to your specific needs, whether you are both new to mindfulness or already have an established practice. The sessions include space for guided meditations, reflection and enquiry into an individuals current experiences. You can choose to have a one off session or you can have a series of sessions. A 10% discount is provided for block sessions of 6 or more. (Must be used within a 6 month period) We offer a free 15 minute consultation to give you the opportunity to have a chat about the sessions, what we offer and for you to decide if the workshop could be supportive to you both. In person sessions are with Nshorna who is the founder and owner of The Wise Lotus Centre. Cost is £65.00 for a 90 minute session for both of you.
