New Yoga Classes starting Sunday 11th September at 745-830 at The Wise Lotus Centre, 9 Howard Park Corner, Letchworth Garden City.
Yoga Nidra deep meditation class. This follows the restorative/ yin class and you are welcome to attend one or both.
All my classes are designed to be accessible to people of all abilities, shapes or sizes.
£7 per class or 8 classes for £50

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given.
Cancelation for half day, full day and longer workshops and courses have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
