Service Description

Uma and Helen are both very experienced yoga teachers and are available for one to one sessions in the centre. One-to-one guidance in yoga supports you to make sure that your individual needs are being met in your yoga practice. You might choose to just do a few sessions to help you overcome obstacles to joining the group classes, or you might prefer an ongoing one to one practice. Discounts are offered for block one to one bookings.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day and longer workshops and courses have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
