Immerse yourself into a meditative state with the soothing and healing power of sound with our one-to-one Sound Therapy at The Wise Lotus. Our specially trained therapists will guide you through a personalized session that harnesses the therapeutic benefits of sound to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance to your mind and body. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety or simply want to enhance your overall wellness, our Sound Therapy sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs. We use a range of Tibetan and chakra singing bowls as well as the gong for your session. Available at both Hitchin and Letchworth rooms

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day and longer workshops and courses have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
