ONE TO ONE SOUND THERAPY

Service Description

Sylvia is a Yoga Teacher and Sound Therapist at The Wise Lotus Centre. She creates beautiful classes and also offers one to one sound healing for clients. Immerse yourself in an hour of deep meditation and healing through sound. The one to one session is tailored specifically to your needs. The following types of sound therapy are available: - Energy Purification and Relaxation (aura cleansing) - Balancing Psychic Energy - Middle path/Sushumna Activation therapy (activates the third eye) - Sensual Vibration and Meditation (Sacral Chakra Therapy- may help with menopause, irregular menstrual cycle, migraine) - Spinal and Lower Limbs Massage and Relaxation (may help with back, knee and other limb pains) - Chakra Healing to balance, activate and purify the chakras. Each type of healing takes one hour and includes a short consultation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. The cost of sessions is £40 per hour.'' Sylvia is available at weekends for one to one session.
