HEALING FROM HEARTBREAK

Service Description

This 1.5 hour mindfulness based workshop will be held online on zoom on Monday July 10th at 8pm. Your booking also includes a free PDF with tips and practices for healing after a break-up. No need to switch your camera on or speak during the workshop if you do not wish to do so. You can simply sit and listen. During the workshop, you will: Explore ways to manage challenging emotions after a relationship breakdown to support your wellbeing. Discover practical ways to bring kindness, compassion and support to yourself during your healing journey. Discover how to integrate joy back into your life. Learn how you can use mindfulness and meditation to support you to navigate this difficult time. Explore ways to support yourself with emotional challenges such as overthinking, repetitive thoughts, low mood, feelings of emptiness and destructive patterns of behaviour. Learn how to support yourself to let go. Opportunity for Q&A's. The workshop includes a range of mindfulness and meditation practices as well as a PDF of wellbeing tips and practices for you to continue at home. The workshop is for you if: You have recently experienced a relationship breakdown. Or You have experienced a relationship breakdown in the past that you have not fully healed from. Cost: £18.00 per person including free PDF with a range of tips, meditation and mindfulness practices for you to continue at home. The zoom link will be emailed to you after booking.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day and longer workshops and courses have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
