FATHERS RETREAT DAY

Sunday June 25th 2023 September 17th 2023 10am-2.30pm A perfect fathers day gift or a simply a gift of appreciation for a dad/grandfather in your life. Being a Dad is hard work. It can be both physically and emotional exhausting. Fathers often have to juggle work and family life commitments. It is so important for fathers to also get allocated time to relax, rejuvenate and replenish. Following on from the popularity of the mums retreat days at The Wise Lotus, we will now be offering a Fathers Day Retreat. A day specifically designed for Dads, Grandads and male carers. The day has been specifically designed to support mind body and soul and will include the following activities: Guided Meditations Yoga Mindfulness Qi Gong/Tai Chi Self Compassion and care session Refreshments provided. All activities are suitable for complete beginners, Full instructions provided throughout. No need to bring anything specific. Just comfy clothes. The day will be a safe space for you to undertake the activities in a supportive environment. Please email us with any questions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day and longer workshops and courses have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
