Service Description

Energy Healing is working with the energy that is within you and around you, and restoring it back to peace, balance, and harmony. This is done by working with your chakras which are powerful energy centres situated within your body. These points were named ‘chakras’ in Sanskrit, the ancient language of India. The direct translation of chakra is ‘wheel’, so the chakras form our inner engine. When we are stressed these energy centres get blocked and we start to loose focus and feel worn out. This is why Energy Healing is beneficial in restoring your inner engine back to peace, balance, and harmony, leaving you working at your best. What the session involves: Completion of a consultation form. Balancing oil inhalation breath exercise for relaxation. Explanation about what Energy Healing is, and how it will be carried out with a brief overview of chakras, their locations, and the reasoning for what we will be doing. A visualisation exercise to provide grounding. The healing is a hands off treatment, and, to promote relaxation, is carried out with the client laid down. Optional: At the end of the treatment a one card Oracle deck reading for guidance.
